The EFBWW is the European Trade Union Federation grouping 77 national free trade unions from 36 countries with members in the Building, Building Materials, Wood, Furniture, Forestry and allied sectors. The EFBWW is a member organisation of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) and works with the other European Trade Union Federations. The EFBWW is also closely cooperating with the Building and Wood Workers' International (BWI).
